ABOUT US
We are a small real estate management and rental company.
The Pandin Company Llc was founded in 2003 by Joesph Pandin my father and passed on to me his son in 2012 after his passing. Dad started the company on one small single bedroom apartment and grew it to 4 houses and 8 units. we currently have 9 houses and 15 units ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms units or single-family houses. We have houses located in Mechanicsburg, Urbana, and Marysville, Ohio. Rents vary from town to town and unit to unit.
